On July 27, 2011 Josie of
YumYucky sent out a challenge to her followers to Finish What You Started. I thought this a perfect challenge, because of the fact that I decided in June to make some changes health wise. Since health is mind, body, and soul, I knew my changes had to encompass every corner of that.
As you can see in picture number 1, the fat that surrounds my bones has gotten completely out of hand. And, in the last pic you can get an idea of more FAT! Just look at the numbers and repeat with me RIDONKULOUS.
I will be posting here weekly, as well as writing in my comp book about my 3 months and beyond challenge and hope to inspire someone else to FINISH WHAT YOU STARTED!

I hope that you get to finished what you started. And then you can give me some pointers on how to lose my midsection. P.S. Can I get a loaf of bread, oat bran muffins, and some wheat rolls. Thanks so much. Just send me the bill.

You can do it! It looks like you have a good plan. Just stay focused on the positive and don't worry about any occasional setbacks. We all have those. Look at the big picture and you'll get there.
