The chocolate was like an orgasmic feeling in taste buds. It's amazing what chocolate can do and how it can make one feel. I loved the brownie part more than the cookie part, but all in all it was a must make again recipe. My kids and my girlfriend just loved the whole brownie.
Check out Beth's blog for the recipe http://lloydsdinnerandamovie.blogspot.com/ or better yet just buy Dorie's book Baking From My Home to Yours because you won't be sorry.

So cool that you're joining TWD. I want to join, but I'm already in too many other baking groups! Lol
Which farmers market do you go to? I went to a few in the Newport News/Hampton area the other day with my mom, and most of the stuff looked like it came from Farm Fresh or Food Lion! What a sham!
I go to the one at Dam Neck and Princess Anne. That's the problem I had at the market too, everything that's grown here isn't in season until late summer and the fall except strawberries.
I like to go an support local farmer's, but it's hard when we don't have much in season here. I just purchased some unsweetened coconut and enjoyed walking around.
