TWD: Cafe Volcano Cookies

This weeks TWD was chosen by Macduff of The Lonely Sidecar- Cafe Volcano Cookies, page 153. These cookies were ridiculously easy to make. The have this nice crunchy texture and the nuts add a little something extra for your mouth.
